This study collects samples and information from people who spent at least two days in the ICU. The goal is to understand long-term health problems that can happen after a serious illness, like muscle weakness or memory trouble.

Who can take part
- You were in the ICU for 48 hours or longer
- You are between 18 and 65 years old when you entered the ICU
- You can give written permission (informed consent)
- You were treated at the Medical University of Vienna (not transferred from another ICU)
- You do not have a legal guardian
- You have a home address in Austria
