Who can take part
- You are under 18 with a history of kidney stones and/or nephrocalcinosis, or you are 18+ with the same history plus extra risk factors
- For adults, you may qualify if you have a strong family history or other concerning kidney or body findings (like kidney failure without a clear cause or abnormal lab results)
- You (or your doctor) must have a high suspicion of an inherited kidney stone or calcium metabolism problem
- You are eligible if you were previously enrolled in certain related kidney-stone genetic research sample studies (legacy samples) with consent already given
- You must be willing and able to consent (and provide assent if you are a minor)
