Who can take part
- You have an advanced solid tumor (not breast cancer) with a confirmed gene change in CCND1 (cyclin D1) and/or CDK4 or CDK6—based on tumor testing from an approved lab.
- Your cancer is measurable/evaluable, meaning doctors can track it on scans or tests.
- You’re age 18 or older, and your overall health is good enough for treatment (ECOG 0–1).
- Your blood counts and organ function (liver/kidney) are at acceptable levels based on lab tests.
- You can take pills by mouth, understand the study, and sign informed consent.
- You can use reliable birth control (or abstain) during the study and for 3 months after the last dose; pregnancy and breastfeeding are not allowed.
