Who can take part
- You are age 18 or older and can sign the study’s consent forms.
- Your cancer is a type like soft-tissue sarcoma, osteosarcoma, chordoma, or certain chondrosarcomas, and it is metastatic or locally advanced and cannot be removed by surgery.
- Your tumor test shows a CDK pathway change (for example, CDK4/6 or cyclin gene amplification, or CDKN2A/2B loss).
- Your tumor is “Rb positive” on a central lab test, using saved tumor tissue.
- Your disease can be measured on scans, and it progressed within 6 months (or was newly diagnosed within 6 months).
- You are well enough for treatment: generally ECOG 0–1, sufficient blood counts and organ function, and you meet required washout times after chemo/radiation/surgery.
