MEN1 monitoring study for people in France

Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia

This study follows people with Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia type 1 (MEN1) over time, including those with symptoms, certain isolated hormone gland problems, and people without symptoms who have the MEN1 gene change. It may help doctors learn how MEN1 starts and progresses so care can be better timed and personalized.

Who can take part

  • You have a confirmed diagnosis of MEN1 (Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia type 1), or you are being followed because of a MEN1 gene mutation
  • You currently live in France
  • You may qualify if you have at least two major hormone-gland problems (parathyroid, pancreas, or pituitary), even if you do not have all three
  • You may qualify if you have one known MEN1-related growth or hormone problem in any of several organs, especially if linked to the MEN1 mutation
  • You may also qualify if you are a family member with a confirmed MEN1 gene mutation but no symptoms yet (the study expects symptoms may appear later)
