This study is testing a new blood test to see if it can help diagnose neuroendocrine tumors in people with MEN1, a genetic condition that increases the risk of these tumors. The test looks for a protein called hPG80 (progastrin) and may help doctors find tumors earlier.

Who can take part
- You have a confirmed MEN1 genetic mutation, or a family history of MEN1 with at least one related health problem, or two or more main MEN1-related tumors (parathyroid, pancreatic/intestinal neuroendocrine, or pituitary).
- You are 18 years old or older.
- You have had a scan (MRI, CT, or a special scan for neuroendocrine tumors) of your chest and belly within the last 3 months, or you are scheduled to have one within the next 3 months.
- You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the study.
- You are not under legal guardianship or unable to consent to participate.
