Test drug for CD30-positive lymphoma after first treatment fails
Treatments studied
Part of Blood & lymphatic, Cancer, Immune system & allergy clinical trials.
This early-phase study tests a lymphoma treatment in adults whose diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is “CD30-positive” and who didn’t respond well to first-line chemotherapy (like R-CHOP) or had an early relapse. It aims to see if the treatment can shrink the lymphoma and is safe enough to move forward.
Summary written for real people, not researchers, by Clin2.
Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- Your lymphoma is CD30-positive (more than 1% of tumor cells test positive)
- Your disease is after first treatment failed or came back after first-line treatment
- You have measurable lymphoma on CT (at least one visible spot) and on PET scan (FDG-avid)
- Your body systems are strong enough: adequate liver, kidney, blood counts, and bone marrow
- You can have stem-cell–type high-dose chemotherapy (ASCT) as planned by the study center

This trial tests a combination of two targeted drugs, chidamide and brentuximab vedotin, for people with a type of T-cell lymphoma that has the CD30 protein. It is for patients who are older or not healthy enough for standard chemotherapy, and whose cancer has come back or not responded to previous treatment.
This trial studies whether brentuximab vedotin given in the “second-line” setting can help people with relapsed or hard-to-treat classic Hodgkin lymphoma get ready for an autologous (your own cells) stem cell transplant. It’s specifically for tumors that test positive for CD30, and it checks safety and how well treatment works before transplant.
This trial tests a new type of CAR-T cell therapy that targets both CD20 and CD30 proteins on lymphoma cells. It is for people whose lymphoma has returned or not responded after multiple treatments, including stem cell transplant.
This Phase 1 trial studies an experimental treatment that targets a marker called CD30 on cancer cells. It is for adults with certain relapsed or refractory CD30-positive blood cancers to see how well the treatment works and what side effects it causes.
This trial tests a combination of two targeted therapies, polatuzumab vedotin and glofitamab, for people with DLBCL that either came back within 12 months of R-CHOP or never went away. The goal is to see if this two-drug approach can help when standard chemotherapy has not worked well.
This trial tests a new treatment made from your own immune cells, which are modified to find and attack CD30-positive lymphoma cells. It is for people with Hodgkin or non-Hodgkin lymphoma that has come back or not responded to other treatments.
