Study of two drugs for CD30+ T-cell lymphoma

This trial tests a combination of two targeted drugs, chidamide and brentuximab vedotin, for people with a type of T-cell lymphoma that has the CD30 protein. It is for patients who are older or not healthy enough for standard chemotherapy, and whose cancer has come back or not responded to previous treatment.

NCT04378647Recruiting· Phase 2
Brentuximab before transplant for relapsed CD30 Hodgkin lymphoma

This trial studies whether brentuximab vedotin given in the “second-line” setting can help people with relapsed or hard-to-treat classic Hodgkin lymphoma get ready for an autologous (your own cells) stem cell transplant. It’s specifically for tumors that test positive for CD30, and it checks safety and how well treatment works before transplant.

Brentuximab vedotin plus lisaftoclax for CD30+ CTCL

This trial tests a combination of two drugs for people with a specific type of skin lymphoma. Brentuximab vedotin targets a protein called CD30 on lymphoma cells, and lisaftoclax helps destroy those cells. The goal is to see if this combination is safe and effective.
