Who can take part

  • You must have a confirmed diagnosis of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma that is CD20 positive.
  • Your lymphoma must test positive for both a TP53 gene mutation and a missing part of chromosome 17 (called del(17p)).
  • You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You must be well enough to perform daily activities with little or no help (ECOG score 0, 1, or 2).
  • You must have never had cancer before or have any other cancers right now.
  • You must have not received any previous treatment for this lymphoma, including chemotherapy or stem cell transplants.
