CAR-T cell therapy for advanced cervical cancer
Part of Cancer, Women’s health & pregnancy clinical trials.
This trial is testing a new type of immune therapy called CAR-T cells for cervical cancer. The treatment uses your own immune cells that are specially trained to find and attack cancer cells that have certain markers.
Summary written for real people, not researchers, by Clin2.
Who can take part
- You have stage III, stage IV, or cervical cancer that has come back after treatment.
- You are between 18 and 70 years old.
- It has been at least 4 weeks since your last chemo or radiation, and at least 2 weeks since you stopped taking steroid or immune-suppressing medications.
- Your tumor cells have high levels of certain markers (like GD2, PSMA, or Muc1).
- You are generally well enough to be up and about (ECOG score of 0 or 1).

This Phase 1 study tests CAR-T cells that are engineered to recognize several cancer “markers” (specific proteins) found on some advanced cancers. It may help by directing the patient’s own immune cells to attack cancer, but eligibility depends on matching the required protein markers.
This trial tests a new type of immune cell therapy (CAR-T cells) designed to target two markers on cancer cells at once. The goal is to help patients with advanced solid tumors where standard treatments have stopped working or aren't an option.
This Phase 1 trial tests a customized immune therapy (CAR-T cells) for advanced cancers that have the proteins mesothelin, GPC3, and/or GUCY2C. It may help your body better recognize and kill cancer cells, but early-phase trials mainly focus on safety and learning how well the treatment works.
This trial tests a new type of immunotherapy called CAR-T cells for advanced ovarian, uterine, or other gynecological cancers that have not responded to standard treatments. The CAR-T cells are specially designed to target proteins (MUC1, MSLN, PD-L1) found on cancer cells.
This trial tests a new treatment called CAR-T cells that target a protein called CD70 found on some gynecologic cancer cells. It is for people whose cancer has advanced or spread and has not responded to or stopped responding to standard treatments.
This trial tests a lab-made immune therapy (CAR-T) that targets a protein called CD70 found on some advanced cancers. It’s designed for people whose solid tumors have spread and no standard treatments have worked or weren’t tolerated.
