CAR-T cells for cancers that have specific target proteins

Pancreas CancerCAR-T Cell TherapyMesothelinSolid Tumor, Adult

Treatments studied

Part of Cancer, Digestive system, Hormones & metabolism clinical trials.

This Phase 1 trial tests a customized immune therapy (CAR-T cells) for advanced cancers that have the proteins mesothelin, GPC3, and/or GUCY2C. It may help your body better recognize and kill cancer cells, but early-phase trials mainly focus on safety and learning how well the treatment works.

NCT06196294Recruiting· Phase 1
Engineered immune cells for cancers with GPC3 or mesothelin

This trial tests a new type of immune cell therapy made from your own cells (gamma-delta T cells) that are engineered to find and attack cancers that have GPC3 or mesothelin proteins. It may be an option for people with advanced cancer who have not had gene therapy before and are in generally good health.

NCT04842812Recruiting· Phase 1
Personalized immune cell therapy for advanced solid tumors

This Phase 1 study tests engineered immune cells (TILs/CAR-TILs) made from your tumor to treat advanced solid cancers that have not responded to standard treatments. It may help your immune system better recognize and attack the cancer, but it is mainly focused on safety and early results.

Guangzhou
NCT06051695Recruiting· Phase 1/Phase 2
CAR T cell therapy for mesothelin-positive solid tumors

This trial tests a new type of immune cell therapy (CAR T-cells) designed to target cancer cells that have a protein called mesothelin but have lost a marker that lets them hide from the immune system. It's for people with advanced solid tumors who have already tried standard treatments.

Gilbert, Arizona
NCT06043466Recruiting· Phase 1
CAR-T cell therapy for CEA-positive advanced solid tumors

This trial tests a new cell therapy called CAR-T that targets cancer cells with a protein called CEA. It is for people with certain advanced cancers that have not responded to standard treatments.

Hangzhou, Zhejiang
NCT06006390Recruiting· Phase 1/Phase 2
CAR-T therapy for CEA-positive advanced solid tumors

This trial tests a new treatment called CAR-T cells that are designed to find and attack cancer cells carrying a protein called CEA. It is for people with advanced colorectal, esophageal, stomach, or pancreatic cancer who have already tried other treatments.
