Who can take part
- You have advanced cancer that shows one or more matching protein targets the study tests for
- You are expected to live more than 12 weeks, based on your doctor’s estimate
- Your heart, lungs, liver, and kidneys are working well enough for treatment
- Your collected T cells can be successfully modified, and the lab tests show at least 20% of the needed target activity
- You (or your guardian) can understand and sign the informed consent form
- You have not had prior gene therapy
