Who can take part

  • You are age 18 to 70 and can consent to the study
  • You have advanced solid cancer that can be seen and measured on scans (not melanoma or certain other cancers)
  • If you had chemotherapy or radiation before, you finished at least 3 months ago; if you had targeted drugs, enough time has passed based on that drug’s “half-life”
  • Your heart tracing test (ECG) is normal or only mildly abnormal (ECG score 0 or 1), and your expected survival is at least 6 months
  • Your blood counts and organ function are generally good (blood cell counts, kidney function, and liver function are within study limits)
