Who can take part

  • You’re 18–70 years old and can give informed consent.
  • You have advanced breast cancer or advanced liver cancer confirmed by scans and biopsy, with measurable tumor spots on imaging.
  • You’ve already had at least one standard cancer treatment, and you’re done with chemotherapy, radiation, or targeted drugs long enough ago (at least 1 month, or at least 5 drug “half-lives”).
  • Your heart tracing is acceptable (ECG score 0 or 1) and you’re expected to live at least 6 more months.
  • Your blood counts are high enough (platelets, neutrophils, and hemoglobin) and your red blood cells don’t have certain severe disorders.
  • Your organ function and immune function are close to normal, and you’re well enough to attend follow-up visits.
