Personalized T-cell therapy for advanced solid tumors
Treatments studied
Part of Cancer clinical trials.
This early-phase study tests personalized immune cells (T cells) made from your own tumor and blood to treat advanced solid cancers. It may help your immune system recognize and attack your tumor, especially if standard treatments no longer work.
Summary written for real people, not researchers, by Clin2.
Who can take part
- You are 18 to 70 years old, and you have a solid tumor confirmed by tissue testing (biopsy/surgery).
- Your cancer has either been treated before without success or you don’t have effective standard options, and your doctor expects you could live more than 3 months.
- You can do the trial visits and tests regularly, and you (and your family, if applicable) are willing to sign informed consent.
- Your health tests are fairly strong: heart pumping function is adequate, and blood counts and organ tests are within allowed ranges (kidney/liver/coagulation).
- Your infections and immune safety must be acceptable: you must test negative for HIV and hepatitis B/C, and you should not have moderate/severe infections or immune problems.

This early-phase study tests a treatment made from your own tumor-fighting immune cells (TIL cells) for advanced solid cancers that have worsened or no longer respond to standard therapy. The main goal is to learn whether it is safe and whether it can shrink tumors for people who have limited options.
This trial tests a personalized cell therapy (tumor polypeptide DC-CTL) for adults with solid tumors such as colorectal, lung, or breast cancer. The goal is to see if infusing your own immune cells trained to attack cancer can help control the disease.
This trial tests a personalized immune-cell treatment made from your own blood to target certain solid tumors. You may be eligible if your tumor has a specific protein pattern and you have tried standard treatments without success.
This study tests a new immunotherapy using specially engineered immune cells (called TCR-enhanced Vδ2 T cells) to treat blood cancers or solid tumors that haven't responded to standard treatments. The goal is to see if these cells can safely shrink tumors and improve survival.
This Phase 1 study tests a lab-made immune cell treatment made from your own blood cells (T cells) to fight advanced lung cancer or other solid tumors. You may be eligible if your tumor can be biopsied and the lab can successfully prepare T cells that strongly recognize and attack your cancer.
This Phase 1 study tests engineered immune cells (TILs/CAR-TILs) made from your tumor to treat advanced solid cancers that have not responded to standard treatments. It may help your immune system better recognize and attack the cancer, but it is mainly focused on safety and early results.
