Who can take part

  • You have long-term (chronic) heart failure with weaker pumping
  • Your heart pumping strength (LVEF) is 35% or lower
  • A heart specialist has recommended CRT for you based on standard guidelines
  • You can safely complete the imaging (no certain metal/implant issues and you’re able to consent)
  • Your kidney function is not severely reduced, and you have no recent sudden kidney injury
  • You’re not pregnant, and you don’t have a strong allergy to the contrast dye used in imaging
