- You have a confirmed diagnosis of NAGS deficiency or a strong suspicion of it
- You are currently taking Carbaglu (Carbaglu intake) for NAGS deficiency
- You are already enrolled in the RDCRN Longitudinal Study of Urea Cycle Disorders (protocol #5101)
- Your high ammonia (if it happens) is not from other urea cycle disorders
- You do not have certain other conditions such as primary liver disease or major inherited metabolism disorders
