This trial studies whether a targeted treatment, chosen based on tumor biology, can help people with recurrent ovarian cancer. You may be asked to give a tumor biopsy so researchers can analyze specific “signal” activity in your cancer.

Who can take part

  • You’re a woman age 18 or older.
  • You have recurrent ovarian cancer, and it fits at least one situation (for example, it came back within 6 months of platinum chemotherapy, or your doctor says you’re not yet ready for standard palliative chemo).
  • You can provide a tumor biopsy after your last standard treatment and before starting the study treatment.
  • You must be able to speak and understand Dutch, and you can give written and oral consent.
  • You have body strength/ability for daily activity rated WHO 0 to II (not WHO III–IV).
  • You can start the matched targeted therapy safely, with adequate kidney and liver health (your clinician checks this).
