Who can take part

  • Be between 7 and 11 years old
  • Be generally healthy for the study measurements
  • No long-term or metabolic conditions like liver or kidney disease, diabetes, or disorders involving potassium levels
  • Not have taken certain medicines in the last 3 months (such as steroids, insulin, water pills/diuretics, or blood-pressure–affecting drugs)
  • Have not had surgery or a serious infection in the last 6 months
  • Be at school when the measurements are taken
