Who can take part
- You are 21 years old or older.
- You have had high blood pressure for at least 6 months, or you have been taking blood pressure medication daily for at least 6 months.
- You can read and understand English.
- You do not have diabetes (type 1 or 2) or kidney disease stage 3B or worse.
- You are not pregnant or have any terminal illness, vision problems, or mental health issues that make reading difficult.
- You are not taking certain medications like water pills (diuretics) or potassium supplements (except as needed).
