Who can take part
- Blood pressure between 110–159 (top number) and 70–99 (bottom number) mmHg
- Not on blood pressure medication, or on a stable dose for at least 3 months with no plans to change it during the study
- Able to eat all meals provided by the study for 2 weeks
- No serious food allergies, digestive conditions, kidney disease stage 4+, or recent heart attack or stroke
- No active infections, fever, or severe diarrhea at the time of joining
- Not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant
