Who can take part
- You have confirmed liver cancer (hepatocellular carcinoma) by biopsy or tissue testing.
- You can sign consent, are age 18–80, and you’re expected to live more than 3 months.
- Your liver function is “Child-Pugh A or B” (or score not too high) and your overall health/activity score is less than 2.
- Your blood counts and clotting, kidney function, and liver blood tests are within required ranges, checked within 7 days of treatment.
- You have at least one measurable tumor spot on scans and it cannot be treated with local procedures, or it has progressed after them.
- You must be able to have the liver-artery infusion safely and follow birth-control rules and clinic visits.
