  • You have heart muscle disease in one of these types: ischemic, dilated, hypertrophic, or restrictive
  • Your condition involves coronary (heart artery) disease and/or coronary microvascular (tiny vessel) disease
  • You are not pregnant
  • You are not breastfeeding
  • You are able to participate without being under legal protection
