  • You are a child or adult who is scheduled for spine surgery
  • Your planned surgery normally removes spinal tissue as part of the procedure
  • Your surgical team will be able to collect leftover spinal tissue for the study
  • The removed tissue must be part of routine surgery (not an extra removal just for research)
