Who can take part
- You were previously enrolled in a related study called MCC#18523
- Your Decipher genetic test score was high (greater than 0.45)
- You completed Decipher/Genomic Classifier testing from a biopsy or surgery tissue sample
- Your prostate cancer was treated with surgery or radiation, with at least 2 years of follow-up
- Your overall health is good enough for study activities (ECOG 0–1)
- You can safely have a PET scan (not limited by severe claustrophobia or other issues)

This trial will test if a special PET scan (18F-DCFPyL) can help doctors plan your treatment with a radioactive medicine called 177Lu-vipivotide tetraxetan. You are eligible if you already qualify for that standard therapy and have had a prior PSMA PET scan showing at least one active cancer site.
