Who can take part
- You have invasive cervical cancer confirmed by biopsy
- Your cancer has spread to lymph nodes near the aorta, seen on PET/CT or by lymph node tissue testing
- Your cancer stage is IB1 through IVA, and it is not stage IVB
- Your tumor type is adenocarcinoma, squamous cell cancer, or adenosquamous cancer
- You have not had any prior chemotherapy for this cervical cancer
