This study looks at “tumor regulatory molecules,” which are substances that may be released by cancer, to improve early pancreatic cancer detection. You may join if you have early, localized pancreatic cancer that can be treated with surgery, or certain pancreatic cysts/fluid collections where doctors are investigating further.

Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older.
- You can sign a consent form (or you have a way to understand and agree to the study).
- You must fit one of these groups: localized pancreatic cancer planned for surgery, localized pancreatic cancer that cannot be operated on and needs further care, pancreatic cysts or suspicious lesions needing further diagnostic procedures, or specific pancreatic fluid/pseudocyst or gallbladder-related conditions needing endoscopic/surgery evaluation.
- Your cancer situation should be limited to the pancreas area (localized) and treated as planned by your medical team.
- You should not have another active cancer, or a different cancer treated within the last 5 years.
- You cannot join if you have HIV or hepatitis C (or another known contagious infection).
