- You are having day surgery and come to the hospital from home
- Your surgery is planned so you can leave home after it, no later than the next morning
- You are between 18 and 64 years old
- You can answer questionnaires by yourself (without help)
- You must not need institutional care after surgery
- You must not be coming from an institution (like a nursing facility or care unit) for the surgery
