Who can take part

  • You have prostate cancer that has not spread beyond the prostate.
  • You are scheduled to have your prostate removed (radical prostatectomy).
  • You have not had any prior treatment for prostate cancer, such as radiation or hormone therapy.
  • You have a working internet connection and can use a smartphone, tablet, or computer.
  • You are able to do light physical exercise without pain or injury.
  • You are able to control your bladder (no leaking urine) before the study starts.
