Who can take part

  • You have melanoma confirmed by biopsy or cell test, in stage IIIB, IIIC, or IIID, and all visible tumor deposits can be fully removed by surgery.
  • You have a measurable tumor lesion that a doctor can inject (skin, under the skin, or a lymph node), with enough size to measure (at least 10 mm total longest diameter).
  • You are 18 years or older and can have the study visits and blood tests as planned.
  • Your overall health is good enough for treatment: you have limited symptom impact (ECOG/WHO score 0–1) and enough blood counts (white cells, hemoglobin, and platelets).
  • Your main organ tests are acceptable (liver, kidney, and LDH levels), and you have screened negative for HIV, hepatitis B, and hepatitis C (with specific extra rules for hepatitis B past exposure).
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you can use reliable birth control during the study and for a few months after the last dose.
