Who can take part

  • You have PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome) diagnosed using the Rotterdam criteria
  • Your pregnancy happened naturally (spontaneous conception, not fertility treatment)
  • You will start taking the inositol supplement before you conceive
  • You do not have a significant medical condition before pregnancy that the trial considers disqualifying
  • You are not taking other supplements, special diets, or medicines (besides folic acid) that started more than 3 months before enrollment or during the study
