- You are between 0 and 99 years old
- You either have a suspected or diagnosed primary immunodeficiency, or you are a close biological relative of someone who does
- You (or your legal representative) can give informed consent
- You agree to genetic testing
- You agree to store samples and data for future research
- You agree that samples may be changed in the lab into iPS cells for study
