Who can take part
- You must have a type of cancer that starts in the digestive system (like stomach, colon, or pancreas) and it is at a late stage (stage III or IV).
- A test on your tumor must show that it has one or more of these markers: GD2, mesothelin, CEA, P16, MMP, Melan A, MAGE A1, MAGE A3, or MAGE A4.
- You should be well enough to carry out daily activities (able to care for yourself, but may not be able to work or do heavy activities).
- Doctors expect you to live at least 3 more months.
- Your blood counts and liver and kidney function need to be within safe levels.
- You must not be pregnant and if you could become pregnant, you need to use birth control during the study.
