T Cell therapy for stomach or esophagus cancer after chemo failure

Gastric CancerGastroesophageal-junction Cancer

Part of Cancer, Digestive system clinical trials.

This early-phase trial tests a type of immune-cell treatment made from T cells for people with advanced stomach or stomach-where-esophagus-meets-cancer that has come back or progressed after first chemotherapy. It aims to see whether these cells can control the cancer and improve outcomes after standard treatment has not worked.

Who can take part

  • You’re age 18 to 70
  • You have advanced or metastatic stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer, and it grew after first chemotherapy or returned after surgery plus chemo
  • You have at least one measurable tumor; doctors need it to be larger than 1 cm (short-axis) on scans
  • Your health tests look okay: white blood cells, neutrophils, and platelets are in safe ranges; and your liver and kidneys are working well
  • You can safely proceed medically: your infection is controlled, your heart and brain history fit the rules, and you don’t have major bleeding risk or dangerous diarrhea

A study of TRT therapy for advanced solid tumors

This trial tests a new cell therapy called TRTs for people with advanced cancers like stomach, esophagus, cervical, breast, or lung cancer that no longer respond to standard treatments. The therapy uses your own tumor tissue or fluid to create a personalized treatment.

NCT05483491Recruiting· Phase 1
TCR cell therapy for select metastatic cancers

This Phase 1 trial tests a personalized immune-cell treatment (TCR-T cells) for certain metastatic cancers. It targets cancers that carry a specific marker and requires patients to have a specific immune-system match, aiming to improve cancer control when standard options were already tried.

NCT05438667Recruiting· Early Phase 1
T Cell therapy for solid tumors with specific KRAS and HLA types

This trial tests a personalized immune cell treatment made for people with advanced solid cancers that have not responded to standard care. It’s designed for tumors carrying a specific KRAS mutation (G12V or G12D) and for people whose immune “HLA type” matches the therapy.

NCT06432075Not yet recruiting· Early Phase 1
Neoantigen T cell therapy for advanced gastric cancer

This trial tests a personalized T cell therapy designed to target specific markers on your cancer cells (neoantigens). It is for people with advanced gastric cancer who have tried standard treatments and have no other effective options left.

NCT03778814Recruiting· Phase 1
Personalized T-cell therapy for advanced lung or solid tumors

This Phase 1 study tests a lab-made immune cell treatment made from your own blood cells (T cells) to fight advanced lung cancer or other solid tumors. You may be eligible if your tumor can be biopsied and the lab can successfully prepare T cells that strongly recognize and attack your cancer.
