Who can take part
- You are a woman age 60 or older
- Your cancer is in one breast area only (unifocal) and is grade 1 or 2
- Your lymph nodes are negative based on a sentinel node or lymph node removal
- Your tumor is estrogen-receptor positive (ER at least 10%) and HER2 is negative
- Your breast surgery was a lumpectomy (breast conservation), with clear margins (at least 2 mm)
- No signs of spread to distant organs, and you have enough health to do follow-up (ECOG 0–2)
