Who can take part

  • Be 18 to 29 years old
  • Be a current student at the University of Wyoming or Laramie County Community College
  • Have ADHD symptoms that are not mainly hyperactive or impulsive
  • Not be pregnant or trying to become pregnant
  • Be able to walk and do exercise without a health provider restriction
  • Not take medicines that can lower thinking or alertness, such as sedatives or antipsychotics
