  • You are enrolled in the University of the West Indies medical program at the Mona campus during the study timeframe (Oct 1, 2018 to Jan 2, 2026).
  • You are willing to give consent to join the study.
  • You are willing to follow the study’s standard exercise program for the required time.
  • You should not have had spine surgery in the past.
  • You should not be currently getting rehabilitation treatment for a known spine problem.
