Who can take part

  • You agree to the study after learning details and signing consent
  • You’re 18 or older, with an advanced solid cancer that can’t be fully removed with surgery
  • Your cancer has spread to the skin or lymph nodes, and there’s a target lesion that can be safely injected and biopsied
  • You can likely tolerate treatment: overall activity is good (ECOG 0–1) and key blood, kidney, liver, and clotting tests meet limits
  • You have a recent tumor tissue sample available for testing (archival within ~3 months or a new biopsy during screening)
  • You have access for an added procedure called leucapheresis (to collect immune cells)
