Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must have a solid tumor like colorectal, esophageal, lung, liver, or breast cancer that needs standard treatment.
- You should be able to care for yourself (performance status score of 80 or higher) and expect to live at least 3 more months.
- Your tumor must be measurable on a CT or MRI scan (at least 1 cm in size).
- Your liver, kidney, and blood test results must be within certain limits.
- You should have good heart function and good veins for infusions.
- You must not have had another cancer (except cured early-stage or thyroid cancer) or serious infections like hepatitis or HIV.
- Women who can become pregnant must use reliable birth control during the study.
