Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older, with any solid tumor like colorectal, lung, breast, liver, or esophageal cancer.
  • You are able to do most daily activities on your own (KPS score of 80 or higher).
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan (at least 1 cm).
  • Your liver, kidney, and blood tests show acceptable function (within certain limits).
  • You do not have a serious autoimmune disease, active infection, or have had gene therapy before.
