Targeted immune cell therapy for solid tumors after surgery and chemo

Solid CancersAdjuvant Therapy

Part of Cancer, Immune system & allergy clinical trials.

This trial tests a new type of immune cell therapy (dendritic cells) that is designed to target specific proteins found on cancer cells. It is for people with certain solid tumors who have already had surgery and at least 4 cycles of standard chemotherapy after surgery.

Super DC cell injection to prevent cancer recurrence after surgery

This trial tests a new immune cell treatment called Super DC cells to see if it can stop tumors from coming back after they have been surgically removed. It is for people with solid tumors who have had complete removal of the cancer and show no signs of remaining disease on scans.

Modified immune cells for advanced solid tumors

This trial tests a new type of immune cell therapy (gamma-delta T cells that have been modified to target PD-1) for people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The goal is to see if these cells can help your immune system fight the cancer.

A study of a personalized vaccine for advanced solid tumors

This trial tests a personalized vaccine made from your own cells to help your immune system attack tumor-specific targets. It may be an option if standard treatments have stopped working or caused side effects you can't tolerate.

Personalized immune cell therapy for solid tumors

This trial tests a personalized cell therapy (tumor polypeptide DC-CTL) for adults with solid tumors such as colorectal, lung, or breast cancer. The goal is to see if infusing your own immune cells trained to attack cancer can help control the disease.

Cell therapy for advanced solid tumors with specific proteins

This trial tests a new type of cell therapy (CAR-T and targeted DC cells) for people with advanced solid tumors that have specific proteins. It aims to see if these immune cells can shrink tumors or slow their growth.
