Who can take part

  • You are between 45 and 70 years old
  • You are either a lifelong endurance athlete (started before age 30) or a late-onset endurance athlete (started after age 30)
  • Your endurance sport is triathlon, cycling, distance running (1500 meters+), or rowing
  • Your training is high-level (over 10 hours/week for cycling or triathlon, or over 6 hours/week for running or rowing)
  • Or you are a healthy non-athlete who mostly does low-intensity regular exercise (under 3 hours/week typical, with some low-motion sports allowed)
