Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 85 years old
  • You have chest pain or shortness of breath, but your doctor has found that the main arteries to your heart are not blocked
  • You are able to wear a fitness tracker and follow an exercise program from home, including short bursts of hard effort
  • You are able to complete a supervised exercise test on a bike or treadmill
  • You can read and speak English well enough to fill out the study surveys
