Who can take part

  • Your age is 18 to 75 years old
  • Your stomach tumor is confirmed as GIST from biopsy (pre- and/or imaging helped suspect it, and surgical/path results confirm it)
  • Doctors plan for a complete removal (R0) using laparoscopic (keyhole) surgery
  • Your general health status is ECOG 0 or 1 and your anesthesia risk (ASA) is I to III
  • Your tumor is 10 cm or smaller
