Who can take part
- Before surgery, your colon cancer was thought to be stage III (TxN1-2M0)
- A biopsy from an endoscopy confirmed colon cancer that is adenocarcinoma
- After surgery, the pathology is stage T0–T3, N0, M0 and you do not have “high-risk” features for recurrence
- You are able to understand the study and sign informed consent
- You have no history of other cancers (besides certain non-serious skin cancers, if applicable—ask the team)
- Your recovery situation allows surgery follow-up and you do not need emergency surgery for complications
