Who can take part
- Your cancer is metastatic or can’t be removed with surgery, and has continued despite standard treatment (or standard treatment doesn’t exist).
- You are 18 or older, and your day-to-day function is good (ECOG 0–1).
- Your cancer has measurable signs on scans, and you can provide tumor tissue for molecular testing.
- Your blood counts plus kidney and liver tests must be adequate, and you can safely have a biopsy if needed.
- You must be willing to take a study treatment that matches your tumor’s molecular profile.
- You should not have specific brain/spine/nerve complications like unstable brain metastases or leptomeningeal spread.
