  • Be between 6 and 17 years old
  • Have ADHD as your main diagnosis (not another primary reason)
  • Be willing and able to take one dose of methylphenidate (MPH) for ADHD, as your care team and the study team agree
  • Do not be a current smoker
  • Do not be pregnant
