- You were diagnosed with cancer between ages 0 and 20 in Switzerland
- You have survived at least 5 years since your most recent cancer diagnosis
- You were treated at a pediatric cancer center in one of the study sites
- Your treatment included chemotherapy and/or radiation to the chest
- You are 18 years or older now and live in Switzerland
- You agree to participate by signing informed consent
