Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older (COPD and healthy control groups).
  • If you have COPD, your disease is moderate to very severe (GOLD stage II to IV).
  • You are medically stable and not recently hospitalized.
  • You can follow the supplement plan and you’re willing to stop other vitamin D/fatty-acid supplements during the study.
  • You do not have a known allergy or intolerance to the study supplement ingredients.
  • You have no history in the past 5 years of lung cancer, and no dementia or recent brain-related diagnoses.
