Who can take part
- Be 18 years or older
- Be well enough for daily activities (ECOG 0 to 2)
- Have a solid tumor that can be seen during surgery and requires tumor removal (surgical resection) in the operating room
- Have one of these cancer types: stomach, pancreatic, liver/bile duct, colon/rectal, sarcoma, brain, or breast (sometimes involving underarm lymph nodes) and the tumor can be primary or spread
- Plan to have a skin test before surgery to check if you react to fluorescein, and you must sign consent
- Be able and willing to follow the study plan, including having surgery as standard care
