- You (or your child) must be at least 7 years old for research-use-only (RUO) samples
- There must be a current research request that matches what iSpecimen needs
- If a blood check or blood collection is needed, a medical team reviews your health history and does any needed exam

- You must review and sign an consent form for use of leftover (remnant) samples if that’s required
